Stopped by to see Mom this morning and found her room empty. I could hear the group nearby in the activity area discussing Friday the 13th and other various sayings and superstitions. I was somewhat surprised to hear how often Lily offered her opinion or asked questions.
Below is just a small sampling of the conversation.
Activities Coordinator: Peace on earth and good will to all men.
Lily: Why don't they say good will to all women?
Activities Coordinator: That is a good question. Peace on earth and good will to all women!
Activities Coordinator: What should you do when you drop a coin into a wishing well?
Lily: Go in and get it.
