Lilybird

I was working on my blog and Lily came up behind me and said,  "Lilybird, who is that?"

I said, "That is you, " and showed her some other pictures of her in my blog.

"It is?"

I said, "Who did you think it was?"

"You know that is her who goes back and forth, back and forth,  you know down there, in Carolina."

Funny how the Alzheimer brain works.  At this moment Mom sees and recognizes the picture but does not associate the image with herself.  Tomorrow might be a different story which is what makes Alzheimer's disease so unpredictable.
